    As a neat way to meditate, many people start by paying attention to their breathing. It's easy to get started with this strategy: all you have to do is sit comfortably and focus your awareness on the sensation of air entering and leaving your body.   • Body Release

    Let out the excess energy. Scream, dance, fling your arms around. Then jump up and down and every time your feet land you yell “hoo”. This all allows your body to get calm enough to meditate. Once that is completed you freeze your entire body and maintain statue position for 15 minutes.

  • Chaotic Breathing

    Breathing and moving in a chaotic way is a great tool to build up energy and get you energized. Start by breathing hard and fast through your nose — then, move around in a natural yet instinctive manner.
