The final four weeks of the Fast Burn program forces you to work for a slimmer body. During week six, you will maintain the 10:14 TRF schedule with exercises of 3- to 45 minutes every day with only one rest day. Week seven is the same, but also another Jigsaw week. Week eight is the Stretch week.
